Términos de Uso

1. Objeto

Estos términos regulan el acceso y uso del sitio web de llmax.ai y, cuando esté disponible, del servicio de inferencia («el Servicio»). Al usar el sitio o solicitar un código de descuento, aceptas estos términos.

2. Prestador del servicio

El Servicio está gestionado por llmax.ai. La entidad jurídica que lo operará se encuentra en constitución; hasta su inscripción, «llmax.ai» identifica al prestador.

3. Fase de prelanzamiento

Actualmente el Servicio está en prelanzamiento y aún no está disponible. La web es informativa y permite solicitar un código de descuento para el lanzamiento. Las características, modelos y precios anunciados son provisionales y pueden cambiar antes de la apertura.

4. Código de descuento

• El descuento del 50 % sobre el primer mes se ofrece a los 100 primeros usuarios que lo soliciten, hasta agotar existencias.
• Es personal, de un solo uso y válido para el primer periodo de suscripción tras el lanzamiento.
• No es canjeable por dinero, no es acumulable con otras ofertas y puede quedar sin efecto si el Servicio no llega a lanzarse.
• Nos reservamos el derecho de anular códigos obtenidos de forma fraudulenta o abusiva.

5. Uso aceptable

Te comprometes a no utilizar el sitio ni el Servicio para: (a) actividades ilícitas o que infrinjan derechos de terceros; (b) generar o distribuir contenido ilegal; (c) intentar vulnerar la seguridad o disponibilidad de la infraestructura; (d) revender o redistribuir el acceso sin autorización; (e) eludir límites técnicos o medidas anti-abuso.

6. Precios y pagos (a partir del lanzamiento)

• Plan Esencial: 30 € el primer mes (50 % de descuento para los 100 primeros) y 60 €/mes a continuación, IVA incluido, sin permanencia. Incluye los modelos open source Esencial (qwen3.6 y sus complementos de embeddings y reranking).
• Plan Pro: 90 €/mes, disponible en las próximas semanas. Añade los modelos open source de mayor tamaño.
• Los importes y modelos podrán ajustarse; cualquier cambio se comunicará antes de aplicarse a suscripciones activas.

7. Modelos open source y resultados

El Servicio da acceso a modelos de inteligencia artificial de código abierto. Los resultados se ofrecen «tal cual», pueden contener errores o imprecisiones y no constituyen asesoramiento profesional. Eres responsable de revisar y validar cualquier salida antes de utilizarla.

8. Privacidad

El tratamiento de datos personales se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad.

9. Propiedad intelectual

La marca, el sitio y sus contenidos originales pertenecen a llmax.ai. Los modelos open source se rigen por sus respectivas licencias.

10. Disponibilidad

Durante el prelanzamiento no se garantiza disponibilidad alguna. Tras el lanzamiento procuraremos ofrecer un servicio continuo, pero podrán producirse interrupciones por mantenimiento o causas técnicas.

11. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la medida permitida por la ley, llmax.ai no será responsable de daños indirectos, pérdida de datos o lucro cesante derivados del uso del sitio o del Servicio. Nada en estos términos excluye responsabilidades que no puedan limitarse legalmente.

12. Modificaciones

Podemos actualizar estos términos. La versión vigente se publicará en esta página con su fecha.

13. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción

Estos términos se rigen por la legislación española y de la Unión Europea. Para cualquier controversia, las partes se someten a los juzgados y tribunales competentes conforme a la normativa aplicable.

Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the llmax.ai website and, once available, the inference service (the “Service”). By using the site or requesting a discount code, you accept these terms.

2. Service provider

The Service is operated by llmax.ai. The legal entity that will run it is being incorporated; until its registration, “llmax.ai” identifies the provider.

3. Pre-launch phase

The Service is currently in pre-launch and not yet available. The website is informational and lets you request a launch discount code. The announced features, models and prices are provisional and may change before opening.

4. Discount code

• The 50% first-month discount is offered to the first 100 users who request it, while supplies last.
• It is personal, single-use and valid for the first subscription period after launch.
• It is not redeemable for cash, cannot be combined with other offers, and may become void if the Service does not launch.
• We reserve the right to void codes obtained fraudulently or abusively.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or the Service to: (a) carry out unlawful activities or infringe third-party rights; (b) generate or distribute illegal content; (c) attempt to breach the security or availability of the infrastructure; (d) resell or redistribute access without authorization; (e) circumvent technical limits or anti-abuse measures.

6. Pricing and payments (from launch)

• Essential plan: €30 for the first month (50% off for the first 100) and €60/month thereafter, VAT included, no lock-in. Includes the Essential open-source models (qwen3.6 and its embedding and reranking add-ons).
• Pro plan: €90/month, available in the coming weeks. Adds the largest open-source models.
• Amounts and models may be adjusted; any change will be communicated before it applies to active subscriptions.

7. Open-source models and outputs

The Service provides access to open-source AI models. Outputs are provided “as is”, may contain errors or inaccuracies, and do not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it.

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The brand, the site and its original content belong to llmax.ai. Open-source models are governed by their respective licenses.

10. Availability

During pre-launch, no availability is guaranteed. After launch we will aim to provide a continuous service, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical reasons.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, llmax.ai shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profit arising from the use of the site or the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will be published on this page with its date.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts under the applicable regulations.
